I'm Vivi, the creator of Intelook. I had a master's degree and a deep passion for teaching, and I still had to close my first English school after a breakdown. I was burnt out from methods that never delivered the one thing students actually wanted: to speak.
So I stopped following the rules I'd been given and started looking at what was really blocking them. What came out of that became Intelook.
It began as my master's dissertation at the Universidade Federal de Goiás. It became a book, then a printed system I used with paying students for three decades, refined session after session with real groups from A1 to B2.
I remember a student who barely spoke in class pointing at the green chart and building a full sentence, out loud, without hesitating. That is the whole method in one moment.

What are the four calls?
Four one-on-one Zoom calls with Vivi, 60 minutes each. Call 1 covers the pyramid and the fundamentals. Call 2 practises Green, Blue and Red. Call 3 practises LIVE and switching between all the charts. Call 4 is a recap, your questions, and a recorded session of Vivi's own groups that you watch together. They are about running the method in your own classes, not English lessons.
Which language are the calls in?
Portuguese, English, French or Italian. You choose when you book.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes. Every call is recorded and you keep your recording of every call. Your Call 1 recording is sent once your refund period has ended. Intelook also uses recordings internally for content, data and feedback. Nothing is shared or published outside Intelook without your separate written permission.
When do I book my calls, and how long do I have?
Right after you buy, you book Call 1 yourself from the members page. Take it within 14 days of your purchase to keep your refund option. Once your refund period has ended, Vivi emails you to agree the times for Calls 2, 3 and 4 and sends a calendar invite for each. Take all four calls within 3 months of your purchase date. You can reschedule once, with at least 24 hours' notice. A call you miss without notice counts as taken. If Vivi cancels a call, she rebooks it at no cost.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment of $499 gives you lifetime access to the system, everything added to it later, and your four calls.
What if it isn't for me?
You can ask for a full refund until 24 hours after your first call ends, and never less than 7 days from your purchase, as long as you take Call 1 within 14 days of your purchase. Ask from the Mentorship page in your account, or email vivimiranda@intelook.net with the subject "Refund". If you are refunded, your access ends and Calls 2–4 are cancelled. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
